My steering cable on my 2000 malibu response has been get harder to turn until today when I decided to take it out to measure and order a new one. I have own a couple of nautiques and this was a simple job on them. Not the case on a malibu. After two hours of pulling and sweating I cut the cable in half with a saws-all and got it out. Is there any malibu owners or someone that might now something I dont or good ideas on how I might be able to get a new cable pushed back through.
