What is the deal on the Labor Day weekend Hawg Cooking? Never been and was wondering how it works. Making plans for that weekend and am thinking about going out there.

well the Hawg cookers 1st meeting is next Friday to start the planing of this years events.
I'll make sure I let everyone know about THE Hawg COOKIN!
OR you can ask Yellow Duck or River Duck for the info.

Friday, August 29 Set up camp/cook area/equipment
T-shirts/Caps/Huggies go on sale
Saturday, August 30 11:00 a.m. Funeral Procession from Ratliff
11:30 a.m. Opening Ceremonies
12:00 p.m. Pigs on the Cookers
All Day Party on the Beach
8:00 p.m. Live Entertainment - JamHaus
10:30 p.m. Hawg Calling Contest
11:30 p.m. Miss Hawg 2007 Contest
Sunday, August 31 All Day Party on the Beach
4:00 p.m. Time to eat!!!
Dark:30 Bonfire
Monday, September 1 Clean-up, Recuperate.

I Havent been around all summer due to some personal problems, but my girlfriend and I plan on showing up early saturday and spending the night, you wouldnt be able to keep us away!
